The Situation

Since 1998, Maitreya Realtors & Constructions Pvt. Ltd. has been engaged in the business of commercial, residential,and a reduced carbon footprint. So they wanted to use this opportunity to position themselves as the most trusted real estate player in Nashik with dedicated focus on sustainable development.

What We Did

We knew our first task was to create hype about the launch of Maitreya Greens. So we held a high decibel launch with well-known celebrity couple Sridevi and Boney Kapoor, which was heavily covered by the local Nashik media.

Following that, we sustained the buzz with regular stories around the new project and the company, thus building solid recall with the local audience. But we didn’t stop there. We cracked trend stories on Nashik as the preferred destination for investment to get Maitreya Realtors in the national news and establish their credibility as a trusted real estate player.

We then moved beyond media and initiated their participation in industry forums. We nominated them for the WCRC Real Estate Awards, where they bagged two awards. We also encouraged them to be part of industry round table conferences like Times Property Show 2014, Indian Realty—Business Confidence Index and Expectations by Track2Realty.

Finally, for the second phase of the project, we manifested their passion to sustainable development through a unique Green Pledge concept. They undertook various green initiatives like Green Building Week, Environment Day and Tree Plantation Drive.

The Results

With our consistent media outreach program, we generated visibility for Maitreya Realtors in all the local Nashik media,and national stories. Further, by encouraging them to take concrete, actionable steps,and leveraging them effectively in the media, we positioned them as a company that is truly committed to the cause of sustainable development.
